Peter Wilson
Peter is a consultant, facilitator, qualified executive coach and has served as a Director of an SME. He has over fifteen years experience working with FTSE 100 companies, particularly those in the supply chain and technology sectors, such as Nestle and BSkyB respectively.
Prior to becoming a coach, a successful career facilitating UK trade interests at the United Nations has given Peter a unique insight into working with major governmental and non-governmental bodies.
A Masters degree in International Policy has augmented Peter’s understanding and experience of continuous business change and human diversity.
This, linked with his coaching and facilitation background, has given him a passion to enable senior executives to better understand themselves, thus equipping them for change.
Peter is a member of the faculty for The Academy of Executive Coaching and is Director of their Intermediate Diploma in Executive Coaching. He has a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching and is a professional accredited coach with the Academy.
Monica Ambrosini
Monica is a facilitator, coach and consultant. She has served as a Director of leading companies in the FMCG and as a consultant for multinational groups and entrepreneurs, in Italy and in Europe, for about twenty years. She has been Chief Financial Officer for Duracell and Masterfoods Italy.
Monica holds a Master of Science in Business & Administration from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University La Cattolica of Milan. She completed the Program for Executive Development at the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne (Switzerland).
Monica integrated her solid and deep business experience, developed by covering different roles in a variety of sectors, with psychological background and a considerable sensitivity to the individuals. Thanks to her insights and support, clients gain a deeper sense of purpose and learn how to apply their talents to the business environment.
Monica is an ICF-certified executive coach, graduated by the Academy of Executive Coaching. She is qualified MBTI Step I and Step II and a Dolquest Practitioner.

John Leary-Joyce
John is founder and CEO of the AoEC, one of Europe’s most successful coach training companies. John was formerly Managing Director of a training company for 10 years growing it fourfold in that period. His early career was in clinical psychology before moving into organisational roles and later management consulting. He has the IoD Directors Diploma, an MA in Executive Coaching and combined with his entrepreneurial spirit he now also coaches directors to build an effective board, find their competitive edge, vision and direction.
Torrie Smith
Torrie has been a Director, or Managing Director of some ten companies over the last thirty five years and has also served on a number of Charitable Boards including as Deputy Chairman. His roles have included a divisional MD’s role in WS Atkins, now Atkins Plc, and seventeen years as a director of PricewaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers and Lybrand. He has built, or turned around, five different businesses over his career. He originally trained as a mechanical and agricultural engineer.
Having run the London Executive Search team for Coopers and Lybrand’s clients for some twelve years followed by re-building and running a successful interim management practice for the firm, which became one of the market leaders, Torrie is absolutely clear that the top management of organisations are crucial to success of the organisation.
Building on a broad business base Torrie has become an expert in Board level executive recruitment, interim management, teams and team building. More recently Torrie has developed a keen interest in the contribution that executive coaching can make for both executive and non-executive directors. Torrie has completed an intensive, specialist Board level, postgraduate certificate coach training programme and is just completing the AoEC Advanced Coach Training Programme.
Richard Clarke
Richard has been operating at Director level for the last 14 years. This has included Director of Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Executive Vice President of a Global CRM consultancy, Managing Director of ACTIONCoach and Managing Director of the AoEC Corporate. Richard has a broad business experience across many industries, including FTSE and Fortune 100 companies, small private businesses and the public sector.
Richard’s experience and curiosity has led him into a study of high-performance and how talent is developed within the Corporate World. This has resulted in operation as a leadership coach working with talent programmes and senior executives.
In addition to operating as a leadership and executive coach Richard has acquired and sold several businesses. His practical experience has been complimented by in-depth study – an Advanced Practical Diploma in Executive Coaching, an MBA, and a Diploma in Marketing. Originally trained at Imperial College as a Civil Engineer and initial spells in engineering consultancy and project management he started the development of his management and leadership skills through Sandhurst and as an officer with the Royal Engineers.
