• Providing one-to-one coaching for directors using highly trained, professional, coaches who themselves have substantial personal experience as Board Directors in a blue chip environment
• Working with Board and management teams to develop and deliver highly tailored programmes, which utilise leading edge coaching approaches,  to enhance the way the Board works together as a team
• Offering specialist coaching training programmes developed specifically for those working at Director and Partner level. All participants must have prior Board level experience or will be about to join a Board
